Music Matters Live Day 1 was overwhelming! As compared to the past two years of this event, this year’s event is just getting bigger and crazier! When we got to Clarke Quay today, it was a ladies’ night all around the clubs in Clarke Quay, and it was bustling with tons of people!
We managed to catch the Australian band, At Sunset at Beer Market. Giving their all, they charmed many ladies despite being much younger! Hailing from Adelaide, Australia, the band consists of Jae Curtis, and brothers Harrison and Andrew Kantarias.
Andrew and Harrison displayed strong vocals and were extremely sincere in their performance. We could feel the energy in the crowd as they sang their songs!
They were also really sweet to one of their fans, Suchi, who was singing enthusiastically along to their songs. They finished off their cover of Chasing the Sun by serenading Suchi- how cute is that?!
This is Jae rocking the stage!
And here is Tom, the keyboardist.
Does anyone else feel that Andrew and Harrison resemble Nathan from The Wanted? Anyway, check out their music on their website here.
Here is another performance clip of them at the Fountain Stage.
We managed to catch Joseph Vincent at the Fountain Stage!
As always, his soulful voice and good looks definitely made girls swoon over him. He played a couple of songs, including Sweet Talk, If You Stay, Single Awareness Day (S.A.D) and Blue skies!
Check out his full performance here:
That marked the end of Music Matters Day 1 for us! Stay tuned to read more about Day 2.
