They are called Nua-ge (哥 ) but it is actually Nu-age, a french word which means cloud. It reflects  the owners aspiration to be versatile and free in their creations, just like how clouds take on different forms at its passing time. The bakery provides a variety of croissants; not simply a plain croissant. They have Pain Au Chocolat, Kouign Amann (a favourite of mine), Burnt Cheese Danish and many others with price starting at $4!

There are many times where the flavours within overpowers the croissant, but in Nuage, the croissant itself is absolutely delicious. It is not over buttery which makes you feel that is enough for the day, but rather makes you crave for more. It is crispy and fluffy all in the right spot. The buttery taste balanced together with other flavours like the chocolate in Pain Au Chocolat and the Burnt Cheese Danish.

Fret not if you are not able to finish your croissants. Keep it in the fridge and toast it the next day. It will still taste just as nice! Of course, it would be better if you could consume it right away! Nuage does not only serves a variety of croissants, they too have a good amount of cakes!
