Sunshine Nation returns with the 5th edition of the Garden Beats Festival at the Fort Canning Green! A whole line up of activities seeks to keep your senses energized and enriched. The Music and Picnic festival will be happening on 9 March with a range of progammes on the spacious and Instagram worthy settings by the historical Fort.
As an eco-friendly initiative petitioned to sustain carbon-neutral, organizers will only be allowing the use of bio-degradable cutleries and cups during the event. Recycling bins will be provided for the disposal of food items and others. Patrons are encouraged to purchase Garden Beats Tin Cups which will be useful while buying drinks at the participating vendors with a discount! Loads of food vendors will be on site for your exciting picnic cravings.

Be entertained by international acts such as The Kooks, Alina Baraz, Masego, Black Coffee, Alle Farben, Coran, Yung Bae and local flavours such as Orio, Daryl C. and Bongomann throughout the day as event goers enjoy the scrumptious picnic delights. Environmentalists’ talks will be held by experts; among others are Kim Stengert, World Wildlife Fund (WWF), Hailin Pek from Zero Waste SG and more!

Relax your mind, body and soul by joining the wellness session at the Zen Garden, away from the main party at the Fort Canning Park. The Conscious Workshops series invites learners to experience colours derived from natural produce or you could create your very own DIY body mist!
Fashionistas could also immerse themselves with wearable art such as the hair stylings and temporary tattoos. If you’re an active junkie, try out the physical activities at the Playing Fields filled with lawn games!
