The Fifth Parlour had the opportunity to attend an exclusive showcase by Danish pop sensation Christopher at Warner Music Singapore’s office yesterday. This is Christopher’s second visit to Singapore. If you haven’t already, check out the interview we did with him when he was in town last year!

Dressed casually in a black t-shirt and jeans, the 26-year-old spent the hour sharing about what he has been up to in the past year-and-a-half and what fans can expect in the upcoming months. He started the session with popular hits Heartbeat and Naked from his album Closer. After sharing about his travelling days and his writing journey, fans were then treated to 3 never before heard songs, one of which is a single which is slated to be released in a few weeks’ time!

All I have to say is there is a lot to look forward to! Despite only having listened to these songs once over, I am already hooked! I wish I could reveal more at this moment, but shh…! That’s a secret for now. Stay tuned and keep your eyes and ears open in the coming weeks for the big reveal! We are looking forward to Christopher taking over the airwaves!

If you have yet to listen to his collaboration with our very own homegrown singer Kelly Poon, do check out their rendition of Heartbeat. I was actually anticipating for them to sing it yesterday as Poon was present during the fan session as well. Were there talks about another collaboration? Only time will tell…
