Into Film Awards is held annually in London to celebrate and recognise rising young talents in filmmaking and film reviewing. This year, the awards ceremony was once again held in Leicester Square with the attendance of acclaimed figures in the British film industry.

This year, the nominees were greeted warmly by stars like Eddie Redmayne, Daniel Craig, Ruth Wilson, Edith Bowman, Charles Dance and many other reputable figures in the British film industry like Director Amma Asante and Colin Needham, founder of IMDb.

The award categories include Best Live Action, Best Animation, Best Documentary and Club of the Year, encouraging children and youths of different ages to participate in the event. The full list of nominees can be found here: Nominees of Into Film Awards 2017. Each year, Into Film also hosts a festival which offers up to 3000 free film screenings and workshops for children and youths to participate nationwide. While Into Film seeks to engage their interests towards filmmaking, it also offers great internship programmes to passionate youths who are determined to venture into the industry. This enables children and youths to dream bigger outside of their classrooms.
