Calling all aspiring performers for Music Matters 2014

Are you an aspiring performer who wants to reach out to more music lovers?

Music Matters Live is Asia’s premier independent music festival held yearly in May with a dynamic lineup of international and local bands. Fans and music lovers will be able to enjoy three nights of good music from over 60 bands from 20 countries for FREE.

If you think you are ready to perform to an audience, grab this chance to perform at Music Matters Live. Not only fans in Singapore are able to watch you perform, those who have accessed to the Internet will be able to watch the livestream on YouTube if you are performing at the Fountain Stage at Clarke Quay.

Other than performing, this is your chance to network. Those performing at Music Matters Live will be invited to participate in Music Matters Academy where you will be able to learn from the experts who will be sharing tips and advice to survive in this competitive industry. This year, Justin Timberlake’s manager was one of those invited panelists to talk at the event. This festival has hosted popular international acts like Simple Plan, Boyce Avenue, Nidji and the list continues.

Applications are now open. The event will be held from 22 May to 24 May. This event is beneficial aspiring musicians because not only will you be able to perform to a huge audience locally and internationally, you will be able to learn some new things from other performers and industry leaders.
