Homemade Sweet Corn

Sometimes, I do crave for something sweet. I would like to share with you one of my favourite desserts. Instead of the usual desserts such as cakes and ice creams, I am going to make sweet corn which is easy and does not require a lot of time. You will usually find this at pasar malam (night market).

What do you need:

Corn Kernels (sold in a pack)

Seasonings:
Sweetened Creamer
Evaporated Creamer
Butter or Margarine
Salt

Step 1:

Steam the corn kernels on top of a hot boiling water for about 4 to 5 minutes.

Step 2:

Take some of the corn and place it in a small bowl. Mix the cooked corn with all the seasonings.

For one serving, you just need a cup of cooked corns kernels, a tablespoon of the butter, sweetened creamer and evaporated creamer. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the overall flavour so that the corn will be sweet,juicy and crispy.

With just two easy steps, it is ready to be eaten.
