Everyone seems to be jumping onto the sustainability wagon. But are they just doing it for the trend or are they doing it the right way?

On Friday, I attended the ZALORAYA 2025 showcase at Design Orchard where you are able to check out ZALIA’s Etherea Raya, Lubna’s Romantic Rebels and more. Lucky us got to witness sharing and styling sessions by designers from ZALIA and Lubna.

I love how the designs are versatile where you get to pair it up for glamorous look to casual style. It all depends on how you style it. Now, when I purchase my Hari Raya outfits, this is one of the criteria I look out for before purchasing as I want my outfit to fit other occasions and not just Hari Raya. So, I really appreciate the thought process of the designers when they design the outfits.

Lubna’s designer Belle caught my attention. The Romantic Rebel collection was inspired by her own journey from being a single lady to marriage life. She wants to showcase that ladies can still show their femininity without losing their youthfulness. Hence, the incorporation of pastel colours and flowery fabrics.

Besides embracing marriage life, she also adopted six cats and that is why there is a new addition to her collection that includes feline outfits. Pawrents can look forward to having matching outfits with their fur-babies. The outfits look so adorable by itself, so imagine it being on a cat! Cuteness overload!
