Lilith is an infamous bounty hunter with a blurry past. She travels across the universe in the fantasy theme movie, “Borderlands”. That’s not all, the impressive line of cast includes; Cate Blanchett, Jamie Lee Curtis, Kevin Hart, Jack Black, Edgar Ramirez, Ariana Greenblatt, Florian Munteanu and Gina Gershon.

Not an avid gamer myself but I have been told that the characters based on the best-selling videogame series, “Welcome to Borderlands” were to an extent, true to its videogame form. One of which is Lilith, the red-orange coloured hair bounty hunter with a spunky no-nonsense attitude with a tinch of empathy when she gathers her memory.

Blanchett’s badass and feisty character complements the unlikely team of skilled armed “losers” that she meets along the journey. If you think about it, it is like a mash-up between comic-inspired films like Guardians of the Galaxy and Suicide Squad. Also, the plot seems a little predictable as they seek the truth beyond the known prophecy.
