Aldi Haqq stepped into the music industry back in November. However, his musical journey started when he was six years old, with a piano. Starting from playing classical, he then transited to playing metal then jazz. As a self-taught learner playing the piano, Haqq usually shared his journey on his YouTube page. Recently, he uploaded a lyric video of his new single, Peak of Love.

Haqq wanted to express love in a unique way through Peak of Love. Instead of verbally, he indented to showcase it through non-verbal which is through body language. This single is part of his upcoming album which he hopes that will be completed by December. The upcoming album will feature 12 tracks and listeners can expect a few more single release leading up to the album.

Haqq revealed that for Peak of Love and his album, he draws inspiration from The Beatles, Elton John and some elements of rock music as it is his favourite genre since young. Fun fact about Haqq is that he is able to name all of Queen and Elton John’s albums as these acts has been an inspiration to him.

What is next for Haqq?

Besides his upcoming album, Haqq is working on his own music label. “Being an independent artiste is important as I wanted to secure and master my own sound,” explained Haqq. Haqq is glad to be part of Music Matters Live as it gives him the opportunity to connect with peers, producers, composers and artiste from around the world which is beneficial as he continue his journey in the entertainment industry.
