Based on the popular original novel by Kan Jiyoung, the new action series, A Shop for Killers, starred Lee Dongwook as Jinman and Kim Hyejun as Jian. Trying to make sense of the her uncle apparent suicide, Jian discovered a website that her uncle had just created. However, she was shocked to discover that it was just a front for illegal activities. There was no time for her to grief as her childhood home is being attacked by assassins.

Jian is not like any other college student. Since young, her uncle taught her skills for her to be independent. While trying her best to stay alive, Jian recalled the different skills and lessons her uncle taught her. Then, it made sense to her why her uncle was “weird” in his thinking. He is just protecting her. To stay alive, Jian relied on these skills that were taught to her.
